Unlike other roasters, we don't just buy beans; we bring them home. My wife, Carolina, and I are originally from Colombia, and our family has been farming in the mountains of Acevedo, Huila, for generations.
My parents-in-law, along with Carolina’s aunts and uncles, personally own the farms where our single-origin coffee is grown. Her cousins manage the collection and sourcing of the green beans, ensuring that only the highest quality harvest is hand-selected for us. This direct family connection means we provide 100% traceability and ensure the farmers—our family—receive the respect and value they deserve.
