I have tried all the different blends/roasts of beans that are currently available and I like them all for different things. The dark roast single origin is great for a batch brew or a cold brew. My favourite is definitely the classic. It’s versatile and well balanced. Columbian beans can be wild and bold in flavour and I love that, but, for everyday use, in all types and styles of coffee, the classic blend is best!
As a Colombian, I can say this coffee is the real deal. It tastes exactly as described, with amazing aroma, beautiful fruity notes, and a smooth finish. It's a wonderful representation of Colombian coffee and easily one of the best coffees I've had in Australia. Highly recommend!
